Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using PetPortrait AI's image generation Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legal environment for all users.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use PetPortrait AI to generate, request, upload, or distribute any of the following:

NSFW & Sexual Content

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content of any kind
• Sexually suggestive or provocative imagery
• Nudity or partial nudity
• Content sexualizing minors in any way (zero tolerance — immediate ban and report to authorities)

Harmful & Illegal Content

• Violence, gore, torture, or graphic injury
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Terrorism, extremism, or promotion of violence
• Self-harm or suicide-related content
• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws

Misuse of AI Technology

• Face-swapping, deepfakes, or face-manipulation of any person without consent
• Impersonation or creating misleading content about real individuals
• Generating images that could be used for fraud, deception, or disinformation

Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Using photos of pets you do not own or have permission to use

Content Moderation

All generation prompts are screened through automated content moderation before being processed. Prompts that violate this policy are blocked and will not generate images. We conduct ongoing compliance monitoring and may review generated outputs at any time.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate blocking of the violating prompt or content
• Suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of any payments made (no refund for policy violations)
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately to support@portraitpet.ai. We review all reports within 3 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
